Rick has a passion of mentoring and helping others achieve success. He is an IT industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience. In his career, he has experienced responsibilities in multiple roles and achieved numerous honours and recognition. He’s here to share with you all his lessons learnt, experience, and best practices in hopes that it guides you in your IT career.

His leadership role has given him multiple opportunities to mentor people across North America, graduating students, and those starting in IT. For Rick, it’s a humbling and worthwhile experience – one that created his mission to help others.

Rick also has extensive knowledge interviewing for positions and hiring for IT positions. As a hiring manager processing through hundreds of resumes, he has seen what works on resumes, what doesn’t work. He has seen how candidates pass or fail interviews. All this guidance will be provided for you, to do you best!

Rick has been very fortunate to have worked in multiple fields, including Support, operations, IT analyst, consultants, architecture leads, and an IT leader. He now leads teams across Canada delivering IT solutions.

Rick has travel to fantastic places in the world in his speaking engagements and mentoring sessions. He has developed a global cotact list of IT peers that share his experiene that he wishes to bring to you.
